 About the Shy Buster

As a Shy Buster, Annette's true calling is to help others find their own true voice in business and or socially. Her intensive one-day workshops are designed for corporate professionals, entrepreneurs and anyone struggling with getting their message out with simplicity and authenticity.  Using practical preparation and some simple exercises she helps her students learn to convey their messages/presentations clearly and with minimal butterflies, so they can leave a memorable impression in business and or socially.

In June 2009 Annette was also honored to be trained by not just one but two Former World Champions of Public Speaking Darren Lacroix and Craig Valentine .

As a continuous learner, Annette has completed the Dale Carnegie Effective Communications and Human Relations courses, LAMb (Leadership Activating Ministries) program, the Professional Speakers’ Pro Track Academy(Certified from the Canadian Speakers Associations (CAPS), The Business Training Pro's Seminars and is a member of The Champions Edge Speakers Group. Dedicated to keeping her skills current and relevant to the needs of today’s business climate, she continues to attend accredited communication and leadership courses and seminars. Annette is proud to be a member of the Speak for Success Bradford Toastmasters group and has been a member of Toastmasters International since 1995.

She is the founder of "Find Your Voice Ministries", a program focused on improving personal communications on the platform and at home and as well the creator of the Shy Busters Community Program which she dedicates her time to her community once a month to help those who would like to improve their communication skills at home.
